Naturally sweet frozen treats bursting with ripe strawberries and juicy watermelon flavors.

# Ingredient List:

→ Fresh Fruits

01 - 2 cups fresh watermelon, cubed and seeded
02 - 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and halved

→ Flavor Enhancers

03 - 1–2 tbsp fresh lime juice
04 - 1–2 tbsp honey, agave syrup, or maple syrup (optional)

# How-To Steps:

01 - Place watermelon cubes and strawberries in a blender container.
02 - Pour in lime juice and sweetener if using. Sweetener amount can be adjusted to taste preference.
03 - Blend on high speed until completely smooth, approximately 30–45 seconds. Taste mixture and add additional sweetener if desired.
04 - Pour mixture evenly into popsicle molds, leaving about 1/4 inch space at top for expansion during freezing.
05 - Place popsicle sticks into center of each mold. If sticks don't stay upright, freeze for 30 minutes before inserting.
06 - Freeze for minimum 4 hours or until completely firm. Overnight freezing yields best results.
07 - Run mold under warm water for 15–20 seconds. Gently pull sticks to remove popsicles. Serve immediately.

# Expert Suggestions:

01 -
  • The natural sweetness from ripe fruit means you can skip added sugars entirely and still get that perfect frozen treat satisfaction
  • They come together in under ten minutes of active time, then the freezer does all the work while you go about your day
02 -
  • Leaving the popsicle sticks slightly tilted instead of perfectly straight makes them much easier to insert without disturbing the mixture
  • Running the mold under warm water is essential because trying to force frozen popsicles out will only break them and waste your efforts
03 -
  • Use slightly overripe fruit, it blends smoother and tastes sweeter without needing added sugar
  • Freeze the popsicle sticks for ten minutes before inserting so they stay upright and do not float to one side
